But making an authentic Valencian (Spanish) paella that is tasty and also has the right firmness just right is not straightforward, as the technique for cooking Valencian 'dry rice' dishes on a paella has no equivalent in any other cuisine.
This free (and ad-free) app will let you achieve a superb authentic Valencian (chicken&rabbit, though you can lose the rabbit) paella in an (almost) infallible way
